Aged in oak a minimum of three years, one year longer than required for extra smoothness. The additional aging creates a luminous red amber glow. Fine aromas and flavor set this VS Brandy apart from ordinary two-year-old brandies. A special blend of grapes is also used to develop its smoothness and the three-year aging in American oak casks gives it a full body. The resulting brandy taste is a combination of pralines, caramel, maple and vanilla.
