A few years ago, the owner of the celebrated downtown-Bordeaux restaurant La Tupina, Jean-Pierre Xiradakis met the Ducourt family that has been making wines in Bordeaux since 1858. Together, they decided to revive the fortunes of the Blanc Lime' for our enjoyment. Made to an authentic French recipe, ingredients include quality dry white wine with a mix of selected natural fruit juice and gentle spritz. In the 50's this was the style in the cafes of south-west France and Parisian brasseries. Now this original sparkling is back. Incredibly refreshing!
