The Bush (Dubuisson) Prestige, initially Bush Amber initially was made in stainless steel and now replaced by maturation in oak barrels for a period of 6 months. At bottling, a small amount of sugar and yeast are added to the beer, which when placed in a hot chamber, develop a fermentation in the bottle giving it a high natural alcohol of 13%. Maturing in oak, allows the taster to find aromas and tannins for decades to delight the most demanding palates. There are profound aromas of whiskey and brandy from the oak ageing in exceptional roundness. The taste is powerful, rich and aromatic, an exclusive bottle and a limited form of Prestige beer.
